New device

Have just bought a new iPad to replace 10 year old pad and have installed Bitwarden but cannot access my account . It says wrong password etc. I have checked, reinstalled etc is no go.

Keep trying - it is almost certain that you are entering something wrong, and it is not the device or a server-side problem.

There was some good advice in this recent thread:

Just some general ideas:

  • Reboot.

  • Are updates available?

  • Can you still log into the old pad? If yes, then compare the settings (time, timezone, date, keyboard layout, etc.) between both.

  • Are both devices connected to the same network?
