I’m hoping I didn’t miss this FR here, a search with “inheritance/ed” didn’t bring something similar to my request. Or maybe it’s already included in the roadmap under “collection management”.
Anyway, simple enough to explain: it would be very nice to be able to tick a box on a parent collection to get the permissions applied on children collections. Additionally, it would be appreciated to keep the ability to add permissions to children, on top of the inherited ones.
Something similar to NTFS permissions.
Ideally, we should be able to set inherited permissions at any level, not only on the top parents.
