Message that the vault is closed

When I try to access BitWarden while logging into a website I get a message that the vault is closed. (see print screen) This while I am logged in in Bitwarden. What action do I have to take in advance to open the safe?

I have now found my solution via the link below. Of course I could have done that sooner… :wink: :wink: :wink:

First of all I have to say I am not an expert. I searched the forum and found the following text. After reading this carefully, this turned out to be the solution for me.
