Master password re-prompt on marked sub-fields

- What will this feature do differently?
Provide an option to flag certain sub-fields as requiring Master Password Re-Prompt. For example, when using an Identity, let it auto-fill non-sensitive fields without a Master Password Re-Prompt, but prompt me for my Master Password before auto-filling my Social Security Number or similar fields.
- What benefits will this feature bring?
Right now the only way to achieve this would be to maintain two separate identities, one with the low-security fields, and another which adds sensitive fields and requires Master Password Re-Prompt.
- Remember to add a tag for each client application that will be affected
