Some update at some point must have changed the default behavior of adding new entries which used to go to the user

The discussion within the threads linked below indicate that default ownership has been vested in the user vault (not the organization vault) at least in the period from 2019 until the present:

My wife and I have a BitWarden premium account. I created an organization and both of us are in it. I want to make it so all passwords/notes/etc. are automatically created in the organization. Is that possible?

Hi, I think it would be great feature to have a setting to control what the default ownership or organization should be. This promotes sharing and centralization - otherwise the entry would be created in the user’s vault.
