Link Identities/PII and Cards to logins

When creating a new login I’d like to track what Personally Identifiable Information(PII) is associated with it, for instance do they have my real name, DOB, phone number etc.
This helps to track which accounts grow my threat surface.
This data could then be viewed in the app or on the website, filtering by a given detail so I can evaluate if related accounts are still needed.

I’d also like to link other details, such-as the payment cards used with a given site:

  1. So I can update details when they expire.
  2. So if a card is breached, I can narrow down options and update the relevant account details.

This is somewhat similar to Field References, but the intent is different. Also been asked as a question Associate Identity with Logins. Thanks

This functionality could also be implemented on an individual level with Tags. Though for users, linking to something that exists in vault feels more concrete. I know if I was using tags I’d probably accidentally have multiple for the same detail but worded differently.
