The currently available options for generating usernames are described in the help documentation. For “catch-all” addresses, the account name can either be the site domain name ([email protected]) or a random string ([email protected]).

I can move your post to the Feature Request section of the forum, if you wish for Bitwarden to extend the available options for generated catch-all email addresses.
