Fix AutoSave for new accounts

Currently the autosave feature is lacking or broken at best. I do have some users that say it works for them but most other users never even see it as an option. Personally, I only get the prompt to save changes to existing passwords, but it only causes more problems than it’s worth. Like overwriting a different login with the same URL

Most of our users are migrating from another password manager and the feature missing is a big pain point for them. Every time we setup a user the question comes up and I just have to tell them to save things before they create a new account. This also hurts less savvy users who forget to save passwords in bitwarden. Once a month I discover a user still trying to save passwords to chrome or to a plain text note. The most common excuse? Bitwarden doesn’t save it automatically.

Hi @jamesvipit! Thank you for your feedback on the Save login notification. We have a team that is currently working to improve the reliability of the notification, so hopefully you will start seeing less issues with your users soon!

In your post, you mentioned the service has “Like overwriting a different login with the same URL”. Can you provide more context to what happened in this scenario? What 2 login URLs were involved? (Feel free to message me directly if you are not comfortable sharing those details in this thread).
