Does updating Bitwarden also update the Nginx server?

Does updating Bitwarden also update the Nginx server and docker-compose?Or do i have to uodate it seperately.

Self hosted on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

yes, it does. Although it depends what the latest script includes.
