A complete remake of UI/UX design is needed for Bitwarden app and the extension.

I also think it’s good because the app looks old-fashioned compared to 1P or LastPass.

I respectfully disagree. If there is a well-documented need for specific changes to fit specific user tasks, then changes can be made to accommodate those tasks. But a “complete remake” without defining any user-centered goals other than “is needed” is a recipe for resource waste, increased expense, and customer dissatisfaction.
