Any ideas when this might get fixed? It is very annoying to have to unlock the desktop app and then unlock again the extension in the browser, multiple times a day (I have it set to auto-lock after 5 min and not sure I want to change that).
I agree that this is a major problem with Bitwarden. Becomes even more difficult on Windows when you have multiple Chrome profiles – I feel like I am always having to biometric auth the desktop app, it signs out, and then I have to fix that and then biometric auth that particular instance of Chrome.

This is a known issue that is in the process of being fixed. In the meantime, you may want to consider temporarily switching from biometrics unlock to unlocking with a PIN.
