Hello, all.
I have a fundamental question: Bitwarden is not accepting my master password, so I cannot get verified. Has anyone encountered this issue, and if so, how can I fix it?
Thanks!

@C_N Hi!
I’m not sure what you mean by verified, since you tagged this here as “self-hosting”… and if it has to do with this, unfortunately I’m out.
Or do you “just” mean an error message of “incorrect username or master password”?
Which mobile app on which OS do you use?
@C_N Welcome to the forum!
There are four main possibilities:
You are trying to log in to the wrong server (e.g., bitwarden.com
instead of bitwarden.eu
, or vice versa).
You are entering the wrong email address.
You are entering the wrong master password.
Your device operating system is changing some of the characters that you entered in the password field (e.g., substituting “curly” quotation marks for “straight” quotation marks).
