Billing: remove payment method & pay with account credit

I have a credit card on file that has expired. I also deposited $100 of credit into my Bitwarden account. However I’m still receiving “payment was unsuccessful again” emails from Bitwarden about my subscription, and that the current invoice still indicates unpaid.

How could I remove the expired credit card, and pay the invoice with account credit?
