Auto Fill on Mayo Clinic and Schwab not working on Pixel 9 phones

On my 2 Pixel 9 phones, Bitwarden will not autofill Mayo Clinic and Schwab. All other apps autofill OK. When I try to log on, the Bitwarden Icon will not appear. The only way I can logon is to go to the Bitwarden app and copy and paste my username and password. It will autofill ok on my Chromebook but not on the phone. This also happened in 2023 but it was a problem on my Chromebook and worked OK on my phone. Please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks

@hlgitx If we are talking about https://account.mayoclinic.org/....... then I just tried to autofill with test credentials, and had no problems. Worked for me on Vivaldi, Chrome and Firefox. (Android 15 - BW mobile app 2025.8.1)

I’m not sure to which site you refer to by “Schwab”.

What URIs including the match detection setting do you use?

thanks for the info but after trying it still does not work on my 2 Pixel 9 phones. It keeps saying Bitwarden is Locked and it is not locked. This problem is only for Mayo Clinic and Charles Schwab apps. All other apps work OK. This works OK on my 3 Chromebooks. The problem started with the latest Bitwarden update.

Hm, it works for me on the Mayo Clinic app – but not on the Charles Schwab app.

Could you share more details? Because when I autofill, the app usually is locked and then I unlock it. You do the same but that doesn’t work?

this is exactly what I do:

  1. click login on the Mayo Clinic App
  2. Like I do with all other apps I highlight the username or password line and normally the Bitwarden icon will come up so I can click it to open the Bitwarden app and then it will autofill, but on this app it does not show and I can’t autofill.
  3. This problem just started over the past week or two. I can’t remember exactly when it started.
  4. It work OK on my 3 Chromebooks but not on the 2 phones.
  5. I’ve tried everything possible even uninstalling the app and reinstalling and nothing has helped.

also both phones are on Android 16 with the latest monthly updates
