Yup, that is correct. Seems I knew this a few weeks ago, but forgot it in the meantime :

Archive Feature - Bulk Operations

As the title suggests, currently the only bulk operations that appear to be supported for vault items are Add To Folder, Assign To Collections, and Delete. I am requesting that Archive and Unarchive be added to the list of bulk operations permissible for items.
