The app crashes immediately when I enable biometric unlock in settings. The issue consistently occurs across and is triggered as soon as I put my finger on the sensor and it pops a message - Verified.
Hey @RaviTk if the issue persists after reinstalling, can you confirm if you’ve reported this issue on Github, or opened a support ticket so the team can explore the report?
Yes, the issue persists even when reinstalled and I’ve also tried the latest GitHub release, I’ve not reported this issue in GitHub nor opened any support ticket.
You probably should also contact support…
I remember, that I had those crashes when setting up biometrics also – with earlier versions of the native Android app… Did you try to delete the app data? And do you have Argon2 as KDF configured? (if yes, and if you tweaked above the default settings, maybe try to reduce them – but not below the default)
Actually, there is a current GitHub issue to that topic – maybe you want to add your info there (or if the issue is different enough, create your own issue):
I can’t find app data, but I reinstalled the app while wiping out the cache & storage each time.
I am not aware of these things, however I searched for it on the internet/forums, I didn’t find anything useful.
Edit: I've not enabled Argon 2
All I know is after I rebooted my phone one day, the biometric toggle was turned off and was causing problems 
So on GitHub some prople have already posted the same issue, I did commented on that post that I am having the same issue, so I don’t have to create another post on GitHub right?
