Hi all, I activated the passkey login and the FIDO 2FA on my Bitwarden account using my Yubikey 5C on Windows 11. The problem is that in both cases when I try to log in, I get the Windows Security window. I choose “Security Key,” but I always get the message “This security key wasn’t recognized”. Why? Thank you.
The most likely scenario is, that in the process of creating the passkey, it wasn’t created on the YubiKey but somewhere else.
I would try to create them again, and make sure you always choose “security key” when Windows Hello pops up… (otherwise e.g. the passkey get’s stored in Windows Hello or whatever you choose else)
PS: Additionally, make sure the created passkey is shown correctly in the web vault.

Hm, if you open the Yubico Authenticator, do you see the Bitwarden passkey on your YubiKey in the passkey-list?

I don’t know because I’ve reset everything. Now I try to do it all over again and see what happens.
