Workflow: One-Time-secret sharing, sending accounts to a user

We sometimes have the requirement in legacy systems to create personalized accounts and transmit the secret.

We would like to use bitwarden for this.

Can this be solved? Maybe like this:

1. Admin creates account, generates random password in Bitwarden
2. Enters the destination user
3. Account becomes visible for the user, maybe with a notification and the strong note to change the password
4. Admin does not longer see that account

Although this feature request is between Bitwarden users, where that one is about not requiring a Bitwarden account at all.
