Windows Hello not available in Desktop app

Hi,

I am using the Desktop app (1.20.1) on Windows 10 (10.0.17763) but I do not see the unlock with Hello option in BW. I do have Windows Hello enabled, I login on my Windows AD account using Hello.

Would you have any tips on investigating this? Or are there any specific settings I can check?

You should see the option in Preferences under the Security section. It’s just a checkbox, very unassuming :slight_smile:
