Wife and I each set up a free Bitwarden account.
I created an organization with one collection and set up a folder structure.
Shared the organization with wife.
The folder structure that is on my account does not show up on her account; only the items without any folder structure.
Why can’t se see the folder structure?

There are similarities between folders and collections. Folders organize your individual vault (but can include shared items) and are unique to you, where collections are shared between members of organizations.
