Hi, why is my “Unlock with Biometrics” button greyed out in the BW Chrome addon?

I am using Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and the latest version of:

BW Chrome addon: v2025.5.1

Was it previously working? I have seen Bitwarden upgrades “uncheck” settings. Read through the Unlock With Biometrics | Bitwarden instructions and verify that each step remains completed, focusing first on getting it working in the desktop app and then on the browser.
