Long-time user of Bitwarden. (Version: 2026.2.0 SDK: ’ ()’Server version: 2026.3.1 in Firefox (current) on a Mac) Recently (within the last couple months), windows like this have started popping up a lot when I’m using Firefox.
- Why do these appear?
- What can I do to stop them?
History: I know these have been in the Browser app for a while. I never understood what they would do for me (edit my entry? create a new entry?). But I could ignore them.
Today, I was unable to edit a Google Form because the window kept popping up, inhibiting my typing. To continue, I disabled Bitwarden extension.
PLEASE do not tell me how to troubleshoot these popup windows. If you want to explain something, tell me how to disable them. Thanks.
