I didn’t find a current post on this. When I log in to my self-hosted admin console at the bottom it says “DUO 2FA Configured”, though I don’t use DUO, and have never configured it. I looked for a configuration line to disable it on install but don’t see one, any idea why it would say configured?

To be honest that didn’t occur to me since I’m self hosting, I just assumed support was for people who were cloud hosting, my bad! Thanks for the reccomendation. I contacted them through that link, fingers crossed they respond!
Went back and forth with Bitwarden support for awhile on this one, got the final word and I’ll mark this the “solution.”
They tested with a lite install and have confirmed that DUO is configured by default. So the message in the Admin Panel is just indicating that the DUO functionality is there and ready to use, if needed. It doesn’t mean it’s configured at the account level.
