I’ve looked in every menu on the desktop app and iphone app, even put the email address in the login field and clicked continue, but I can’t find how to emergency access another account anywhere?
(they already sent me an email in the past asking if I would be their emergency contact, and said I set it up right and it was all set if I ever needed to use it to access their account for them)
Where is it?

It’s weird there’s no way to access this or even links to it from the app. I’ve never even used the web site access before, only the app on my iphone and occasionally the one on my desktop.
