I have a premium account.

Is the vault used for random documents, like Dropbox?

If not, what kinds of documents would be considered attachments. Are attachments associated with a login/password?

Hello @wilma92010 - welcome to the forums!

I use file attachments to store image of my credit cards, passport, etc. I attach each to the corresponding item in Bitwarden.
