Way to change vault sync settings

Is there a way to set a time for syncing a vault?

I don’t believe there is. There is a related feature request that discusses setting a custom time here:

As a former software developer, Bitwarden may be leery of this feature because the possible extra load it could add to its cloud servers. That is just a guess.
