Warning "Allow hiding bitwarden email from Send"

Whats the point of a huge red warning, when I send something without my Mail showing? Doesnt make a good impact on the receiver, specially when its a customer. Yet obviously I don’t want to tell all customers my Login Mail. People can think for themselves and dont need a warning for everything.

If you keep interacting with the forum until your trust level is promoted to a basic user, you can vote for this feature: Specify source/from email for Bitwarden Send

If that isn’t what you think is needed, you may want to create a new feature request.

As you can see, a feature request may go unimplemented for years, so you might want to find alternatives to “Send” without email and without the warning for your customers.

ps: I also note that if you have a limited-time Send, like a day or multiple days, most people may not be familiar (or care) enough to grab your email in order to attack your Bitwarden account. This obviously doesn’t address your concern, but it might be a possible “solution” if you still want to use the feature for that purpose.
