Want to enable biometric for a shared computer and a shared account WITHOUT windows Hello

I share a comp and an account with my business partner.

In that account we can both unlock bitwarden with our fingerprint.

However, I want bitwarden in chrome to only be unlockable with my fingerprint. Not his.

That’s like possible right?
