I think it would be a good idea to add a VPN service to bitwarden. This could perhaps be included in the family plan or as a separate addon. It would be a secure encrypted VPN service which allows users to access the web securely. It could also allow users to select countries to connect to. This would be a nice benefit to users and it would also potentially make their internet browsing more secure. Another potential feature that could be included is that it automatically uses the VPN on any HTTP pages the user visits as this could potentially prevent MITM attacks.
Honestly, a built-in VPN in Bitwarden could be useful for families, but keeping the infrastructure safe is not easy. If it automatically routes HTTP traffic, you would also need good switch logic and geo-selection, or else users could be at risk. likely more realistic as an optional add-on than as part of the main password manager.
