Just like there is an indicator on the chrome extension plugin when the vault is locked (a lock added to the bottom right of the plugin icon), it would be useful when selecting an icon on the list to see that it requires a password re-prompt by adding a lock icon to the bottom right of the item icon.

Good idea — I was just thinking of making this feature request myself, recently, but didn’t get around to it. A small padlock overlay in the corner of the item icon would be perfect for this.
