In Edge Bitwarden extension I enter email and password. Bitwarden says it has sent a code to my email (outlook.com) to verify my identity but it does not arrive.
As a test I clicked to have it send a password hint and I did not receive that either. But I HAVE received it previously (as there is an old one in that same inbox). There is nothing in Junk folder.
I removed the extension and re-installed. Same bad result. Tried Chrome. Still no email from Bitwarden.
Sent test email to the address (copy and paste from what I am using in Bitwarden) and it arrives.
So the email that you use to log into Bitwarden is the same one you expect to get email from Bitwarden on, correct? And it allows you to log into the web vault or browser extension using that same email is that accurate?
I just checked on a test account (not to outlook.com, in the US cloud), but my email arrived promptly. BW (US) is not having a general email problem.
Out of desperation, I’d also check the “Trash” folder, and check your filters/forwarding rules. The other thing you can test is to try registering another account using + address like *[email protected] where * is your actual email address and see if that would arrive.
