Is it normal to have 2 entries of the same website. One of them has an android icon and the other has the website icon. is this normal ?

Did you take a look at the two vault entries? Sometimes the website and the android app have significantly different url. For example, bank of american’s website is at www.bankofamerica.com and the android app uses com.infonow.bofa. The password manager is unable to figure out that they are the same site and so create separate entries for them. I would suggest merging the two entries if this is the case.

If you wish to merge the different entries, you can do so by adding the URI from the Android App to the Website entry as URI 2 (By pressing the New URI button). This way you only have one entry and if the password changes, it will update for the Android app and the Website.
