Vault Has No Items

Issue: Aye, I opened my vault to today to find it empty.
Possible Cause: It took a while to load, is there somewhere to check Bitwarden status?
I logged out out the addon as soon as it said this, in case it would auto-sync.
Question: Has or is anybody else having the issue?
What is the probable cause? Did they purge accounts for some reason?

Does Bitwarden store old-er backups for stuff like this? Can I recover somehow?

The same thing happened to me today under similar circumstances (the website was very slow, when the page finally finished loading there were no items displayed).

When I tried again later, everything was back. Maybe something was overloaded or otherwise broken for a while, but now things are working again … at least for me.
