Using Organization's SSO - I don't have an Organization

I woke up this morning, unable to use my app on my phone. It works everywhere else - but when I go to login, I get this box "Quickly log in using your organization’s single sign-on portal. Please enter your organization’s identifier to begin.

Now, I do have my company connected to my phone, but the bitwarden app has always been personal use only, and I don’t use it for my company at all. Currently I am completely locked out on my mobile device to use the application. Is there any way around this to tell the app that I DON’T want this associated with my current company?

@morkle Hi!

Is your “phone” an Android or iOS device?
Which version of the mobile app are you using?

iPhone on the most recent update - 18
Bitwarden Version - 2024.9.1 (1092)

So I was able to access it on the phone again, but I had to delete the app completely and re-install. I don’t want to say that solved it though, because I think that was the nuclear option.

Until I had done that however, I couldn’t access it via mobile, only the desktop.

Same happened to me. 2024.9.1 on iOS 18.0 using a selfhosted bitwarden instance.

Only way to get around was delete & reinstall.

Hi, same situation here. any news ? TIA

@gabrieln Hi!

See the posts above your post…

Same issue. On iPhone. Deleting and reinstalling the app worked.

Same issue here on iPhone. Started after installation of iOS 17.7. I deleted and reinstalled the app, now it works

Yes, the workaround (deinstall and reinstall) seems to work - but there’s also a fix coming for this:
