User Master password reset not working

Hi All,

I’m trying to set up Master password reset for end users.

I have enabled the policies.

Created a new account after enabling the policies to test, but there is no option to reset the master password for them.

Hi @SpikeNZ, just to confirm, you’ve followed the steps outlined in the Admin Password Reset Help Center article?

Looks like it just took some time for the policy to take effect.
