Loving the typo/Freudian slip.
Personally, I would not hold up Bitwarden’s “design philosophy” as something positive. If you read the bog blog article, their design process doesn’t seem to include any quantitative usability studies other than simple surveys (e.g., asking participants to choose “positive” or “negative” words from a list to describe their subjective impressions). They seem to rely almost exclusively on community feedback from social media and feedback forms, and do not appear to use any kind of data-driven or evidence-based approaches in their design process.
