When starting such an URL from the vault there is never a match.
Browser is Firefox 79.0 - Linux Mint 20.
Could you post an example URL to show what you mean? I use Bitwarden with Firefox on Linux and it works fine.
My interface is in German, but let us try.

Matching is standard.
I click “start” and the page shows up. Browser shows the same URL, but bitwarden does not match it.
In Firefox preferences Logins and Passwords
disable: Ask to save logins …
Now it looks better.
