URI matching not working correctly

Firefox extension version 2025.3.2
Windows 11, surface7 laptop

In the entry in bitwarden, my Website (URI) field is
https://www.oracle.com/cloud/sign-in.html
Default (Base domain)

I visit site with url of
https://www.oracle.com/cloud/sign-in.html

It’s an exact match, yet Bitwarden does not see this as a match. The extension doesn’t have the number 1 in it. However, when I open the extension it shows it as a an autofill suggestion. I believe it should show as a #1 in the bitwarden icon on the extension to show it matches.

I’ve read the documentation extensively and I believe I’ve set it correctly. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure:

  • oracle.com is not present in settings > notifications > excluded domains
  • settings > autofill > show autofill suggestions on form fields is checked.
  • oracle.com is not present in settings > autofill> blocked domains
  • settings > appearance > show number of login autofill on extension icon is checked.

Based on your symptoms, the key setting among those suggested by @DenBesten is the last one:

Go to Settings > Appearance, and ensure that you have enabled the option “Show number of login autofill suggestions on extension icon”.

If that doesn’t work, then it may be some kind of caching issue. Try closing/re-opening the browser extension, reloading the oracle.com webpage, restarting the browser, logging out and logging back in to your browser extension, and/or uninstalling/reinstalling the browser extension.

Turning on “Show number of login autofill suggestions on extension icon” fixed the issue. It is now showing the number in the icon. Thanks so much!
