So I have a single user premium subscription for several months. I just joined my family organization subscription which I am also the owner. Bitwarden docs said to cancel the premium subscription before it renews. What will my subscription status become after canceling Premium? Will it become a basic free account? Thanks!
Hey @underdog99 the docs specify this as if you are a member of a premium organization, i.e premium Families Org, then all members automatically gain premium features for their individual vault and accounts.
So no need to purchase two premium licenses, individual and family.
You will only need to pay for a single shared family license and you as well as anyone you invite to your family organization to share with will get premium automatically.
BW support can help cancel your single premium and transfer any credit to the family subscription.
