Updated iOS mobile app not recognized by Bitwarden

A mobile banking app I use just had a big update and now BW doesn’t recognize the app when I launch it. When I follow the advice for “Obtaining URIs for mobile apps”, the form is completely blank, no URI or anything.

BW had no problem with the previous app and doesn’t have any problem recognizing the website.

Any ideas for what I can do/try now?

I haven’t heard anything from support on this issue. Do I need to be more patient or is there another way of getting help on this?

If you indeed (only) mean the “autofill issue report”: that form doesn’t ask for an email address or any other contact info = it remains “anonymous”. Therefore, you can’t hear back in that case.
