The Mozilla extension store has a reputation for taking significantly longer than other stores, typically 1-3 weeks. I suppose that the holidays contributed this one being on the longer end of the range.
Sometimes it’s only some days. Most of the time 1-2 weeks. And in rare cases about 3 weeks. - And it’s a general thing with the distribution of extensions in Firefox (meaning, Mozilla’s approval process affects also other extensions like that - it’s not only Bitwarden’s extensions…).
How about for Chrome/Brave
Edge seems to be up-to-date
The last 2024 release has some horrible bugs that I have seen are fixed on my work Edge browser, but I have to still put up with in Brave at home
Yeah, since Edge has it’s own “store” - and doesn’t use the Chrome store - Edge is super fast.
Seriously, what horrible bugs? (might be an important info for Firefox users) On “Chrome”, I’ve not encountered new bugs with 2024.12.4.
Personal experience: hours to a few days. So it shouldn’t take that longer. - With Firefox, we’ll see…
How about this appearing on many sites I visit daily even though the credential is present in Bitwarden
The same site(s) using the updated version in Edge does not do this.
Same for sites where I choose passkey yet even though it shows as available for the site I am on, it displays that no passkeys are available. Also fine with the latest version.
These all started happening after the new look was released.
