Bitwarden chrome extension 2024.10.0
I click on the extension, it tries to launch something to read the fingerprint and then immediately closes. Clicking on “Unlock with biometrics” does nothing 
Me too here. Same OS, same chrome and extension version.
I click “Unlock with biometrics” and it does nothing. I have to use master password.
Bitwarden desktop is running and it was all working fine a couple weeks ago.
What are your Bitwarden desktop app versions? - Anyway, make sure, you have the latest version (at the moment: 2024.9.0) installed.
@Nail1684 Indeed, this was the problem. My desktop app was on 2024.3, I thought I had auto updates enabled. I manually updated desktop to 2024.9 and things are working again as expected. Thanks!
