Unexpected error has occurred when unlocking with PIN

I did a search and none with unexpected error is the same to my situation. Here is the info from about:

Version 2025.12.0
SDK ‘main (0107af7)’
Shell 37.7.0
Renderer 138.0.7204.251
Node 22.20.0
Architecture x64

This is on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

When unlocking with PIN I receive the error :

The app is currently in this state. I can keep it in this state to help troubleshoot. I can clear the error by closing the app and logging on again.

What info do you all need to help troubleshoot this error?

Try logging out and back in.

Not an ubuntu user, but IIRC, this works on other platforms.
