I’m not able to reorder the URIs. This is the browser extension, using Brave browser v1.91.180 .
I tried both by dragging the 6-dot icon with my mouse and by clicking on the icon and then using the arrow keys.

### Steps To Reproduce
1. Log into your individual Bitwarden account via the Bi… twarden Web App.
2. Create a new Login-type vault item.
3. Add `URI1.com` as the first URI.
4. Add `URI2.com` as the second URI.
5. Click on `Save`.
6. Close the vault item's `View Login` modal.
7. Open that same vault item.
8. Click on `Edit`.
9. Click on the Minus (-) button next to `URI1.com`.
### Expected Result
To see the first URI be removed.
### Actual Result
You'll see that the `URI2.com` is removed, and `URI1.com` remains.

Once you click on `Save` you'd see that actually only `URI1.com` was removed, as expected.

But there is some good news: all reports so far indicate that this is only a visual bug while you try to reorder the URIs in “Edit Login” mode . I.e.: when you save the changes (that are incorrectly shown in “Edit”), those changes are “correct” in the end.
Yep, that looks right. And ya, I now noticed that the change saves correctly. Thanks for the info.
