It can also be a compatibility issue between the third-party server and the newest app version. – Here my standard text now… (and assuming, you are using Vaultwarden):
It seems, you are using an unofficial server software, which is not supported by Bitwarden, as it is an independent product. From time to time, there will be compatibility issues between the official Bitwarden client apps (browser extension, mobile app, desktop app…) and an unofficial server product, when Bitwarden implements changes to its own server software and/or client apps. “…Bitwarden cannot guarantee that official clients will work perfectly with non-official servers.”
(Also due to this - and for other reasons - we recommend using the official Bitwarden server software.)
It is generally not possible for members of the Bitwarden community (users or developers) to help with such issues - and with issues of the unofficial server itself. Please seek support in their community spaces.

I cannot reproduce this issue in Chrome/Edge extension version 20205.6.0.
What happens if you hover your mouse cursor over the lower right corner of the View Item screen? Do the blue button border and tooltip appear? Does the pointer icon change from an arrow to a pointing finger? Does anything happen if you click in that area of the UI?
If you enter the Edit Item view, do you see the trashcan icon there?
I can’t see the red trash can in either view mode or edit mode. The blue button and tooltip appear, if i hover around the bottom corner or click anywhere where the red trash can would appear nothing happens. Perhaps it is a compatibility issue with the other product.
I try it and reinstall it again, nothing changes.
iOS App is fine, Firefox addon is fine which is version 2025.5.0
I open a discussion at the other side (vaultwarden backend)
