Unable to login this morning -"Error 503 backend read error"

This morning I am unable to log in via the Windows desktop app, chrome web extension and even the website itself. My android phone still works, but that was just unlocking the app and not an actual login.

The first time out I got the following error message, after entering my password, but before the MFA. Everything worked fine last night.

An error has occurred.
