My wife and I are unable to login using password or using another device on Android apps. Web Vault on desktop works fine for me, but not on phone.
We got new devices and I believe this is related to the new email verification requirement… Except we’re not getting new emails or prompts to use the information in the email.
First, could you check if the server selection, presumably under the email entry, is the same that you use for web vault / desktop? This is usually the most common solution.
If that doesn’t work, you may be correct. The email verification was put in for v2024.11. The latest stable Android was v2024.10.0, and as far as I can see in the release note, the Android beta doesn’t have the implementation either. Are you on v2024.10.0 ?
My first guess would be that it won’t be enforced 'till the version that has the code in, and your not being able to login was a glitch. If you set up biometric lock, it won’t log you out; let’s not try this again…
