I was able to download and run the appimage with no apparent issues, however when I try to login it will just load for a bit before doing nothing. My internet connection is perfectly fine, I have no troubles accessing the internet.
Hi, similar issue happened to me.
Seems solved several hours later.

As a workaround you can use web-based vault instead for now I guess.
