Unable to log into vault from linux desktop app

I self host my vault. A couple of months ago, I moved it to a new machine. I’m able to get to it without issue on from my windows 10 desktop app, but I can’t seem to from my Rocky Linux desktop app. I’ve installed the cert and I’ve setup the certutils as per the certificate instructions, but I’m not able to log into the server.

If I put the server name in the config, I get “Failed to Fetch”. If I put it in the webserver config, I get invalid username or password. I know they are invalid.

I must be missing something, but I’m not sure what. Any advice will be great. I’m on bitwarden version 2024.6.2 and the desktop Version 2024.9.0

It never fails. I’ve been struggling with this for months, finally gave up and posted a question only figure it out as soon as I posted. I had the wrong cert. Once I imported the correct cert, all worked as it was supposed to.

I couldn’t have helped you anyway, I must say :sweat_smile: But out of curiousity I just looked into the release notes if there were some changes about Linux and self-hosting… There I saw this - just as an info for you:

So if 2024.6.2 is your server version, you should update it in the near future, I suggest.
