I am trying to create a passkey, but I encountered an error
Failed to create identity: An error occured during construction: Error: Could not create credentials.

What device, operating system, and browser are you using (including version numbers)?

Also, are you trying to create a passkey to store in Bitwarden (for logging in to some other site), or are you trying to create a passkey stored elsewhere (for logging in to Bitwarden)? If the former (storing a passkey in Bitwarden), please provide the URL of the website for which you are trying to create a passkey.

The error message that you are seeing is from the website, not from Bitwarden. You would have to find a different place to store your passkey for this website.

So Bitwarden is not compatible with this website?

I think it’s probably vice versa — the Internet Identity website only allows certain platforms to hold their passkeys. You can follow this issue on Github to see if there is any development:
